Metro Vancouver Transit Police

My boyfriend was meeting me at newest sky train was bringing my id to me I left over at his place the night before when they stopped him he had a crossbow in his backpack and someone had called it in they had a problem a couple of days before with another person. The officers were really nice with him but took my pass by mistake they didn't believe my boyfriend when he said it was mine.

I managed to drop my wallet in the Waterfront Station while traveling in Vancouver. I could not find it and was having to make major changes to our plans when Officer Miles Teitelbaum (Badge 162) called to tell me he had my wallet, filled with credit cards, various forms of identification and a few hundred dollars. Officer Teitelbaum took the time to track me down. Officer 336 deliveted the wallet to me. Great work! I am in their debt.

Just wanted express my deepest gratitude to Const. Dallazanna for helping me investigate a scam that I experienced at a skytrain station. With the evidence I provided, he went above and beyond, and ever so quickly to get back to me and find the scammer. He resolved the matter less than a day, and I ended up getting my money back!Const. Dallazana has been very courteous and efficient with great communication skills, taking every matters and concerns seriously. This type of character and virtue of an officer is exactly what we need! Thank you sir for your service, and keeping our municipalities a safe place!

Long time ago a crazy guy on the train tried to annoy my wife. They invited us to the police station and treated us so good. Over the past they put us in the loop in every stage until they told us that he was arrested and went to the trial. My wife and I are truly appreciate for all the follow ups and actions they did, significantly Roy. Thank you so much Roy for all your support. You are a wonderful police. Our society needs more police like you.

I suffer from a mental health issue were I go for monthly injections. A while ago I could only afford a ticket that costs less than a adult. The police man and lady wrote me a ticket even after I explained my situation. It was two days before I got my cheque but they didn't care. What made me upset is that they joked around when I told them that I have a mental health problem. The lady made fun of me and the guy laughed. Shame on you.....

My kids lost their bag with valuable belongings in the R1 bus tonight. I reported the incident to the officer Insley, P. #379. She and another officer (didn’t get the name) were very supportive. With extreme efficiency they opened a case and initiated the investigation at once. Within an hour they tracked the lost bag and helped me retrieve the bag!Thank you very much. We appreciate your kind support.

Incompetent staff who arent organized and officers who dont return phone calls. Have fun dealing with this gong show they call a service.. very disappointing. These officers dont ID people before giving out tickets so if someone claims to be you, then prepared to get tickets in the mail. I've filled out the impersonation report, got it declared and notarized and spoke with the police officers in person. I'm still receiving tickets. It's been at least two months since I've spoken with the transit cops haha

Johal & Canterra were lovely!I may have fallen asleep and missed my stop, hood on, head completely covered and unassuming, except they thought I was homeless. Turns out it had been a long day and I fallen asleep and missed my stop x 4.; oops! Johal & Canterra didn’t know who they were waking up but were calm, cheerful, and soon thereafter fun to be near. I thank them again for being kind, helpful, and the best disruptive awakening one could hope to receive on transit, especially from authoritative figures.Some people worry about police, thinking they’re all bad and yet, here were two fully loaded officers, as I realized I was looking at a clip, who were the prime examples of whom some might imagine and dream heroes to be. They didn’t stop at me. Once they found out I was capable of turning myself around, they continued on their way down the train checking if people were functional or needed aid; they were good people.Thank you again, Inreally appreciate it.I hope you had a good night.

RACIST TRANSIT POLICE in my neighbourhood in the Brewery District Area. My sister experienced a RACIST Transit Police person while she was trying to come to my unit to do me a favour. This Transit Police had no business in that specific area as the skytrain is 4 mins away where he probably should have been! Made REALLY inappropriate comments about my sisters race and had no clear identification such as badge ID or name tag. My sister sent in a complain thinking this guy was an actual cop only to find out he was just Transit Police. She thought things would actually get done and address but of course they just made excuses for him didn’t force him to apologize to her and was pretty much trying to give her the run around. This is unacceptable in 2022!!! DO BETTER.

Very helpful and the cops was great from the customer service and I'm proud of them helping me and I would like to say thanks to them. They helped me while I was getting harassed on the train from that stupid lady kept yelling at me without stop it was very irritating tried to tell her to shut up but can't on going. Thank goodness I escaped the train. So wonderful I hopped out in that way won't be harassed even more. :)
